A great example of this joint collaboration is the implementation of the global solution ‘Balcão Único’, a transversal project as far as the administrative modernization is concerned, which meant a qualitative leap in the improvement and efficiency of our services.

Last year, the Skillmind Group and Elvas Municipality formed a partnership in two projects, both at the service of their citizens and tourists: the global solution 'Balcão único' is already opened, in order to meet the needs of the citizens who visit the Municipality and Forte da Graça, which has already more than 60 thousand visitors since the reopening.
